Refund & Return Policy for Digital Products:
Due to the digital and instant -download nature of our printable greeting cards, all sales are final. Once a digital file (PDF, PNG, or JPEG) has been purchased and the download link is generated, the product cannot be returned, cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
Execptions:
If you experience any technical difficulties downloading your file or if you receive a corrupted link, please contact us immediately. We will gladly resend the file to your email address manually to ensure you receive your product.
